This free three-hour workshop is supported by CSTA Philly and hosted at Villanova University. Registration is open to all K-12 educators. In the workshop, ReadyAI will introduce the “Five Big Ideas of AI” proposed by the “AI4K12” working group, as well as a variety of tools for teaching students about Artificial Intelligence. (“Unplugged” activities and curricula for whiteboard or a smartphone, tools that are browser-based such as Google’s QuickDraw and ReadyAI’s AI+Me.) Additionally, the workshop will explore the Calypso software for the Cozmo robot, which is a children’s programming environment for AI.
